Provision FlightFormation

Overview

FlightFormation interacts with the Heroku API on your application's behalf to scale your application (and save you money!). To do this, FlightFormation needs to be provisioned on Heroku. This is a simple process that can be done through the Heroku web interface or the Heroku command line interface (CLI).

Provision with the Heroku interface

Using the Heroku interface is the simplest way to provision FlightFormation, it's just a few clicks.

Provision with the Heroku command line interface

If you prefer the command line or want to automate the provisioning process, you can use the Heroku command line interface (CLI) to provision FlightFormation.

Advanced provisioning options
